These fruits are similar to the guava but pack a punch in sweetness and are tinier! Fruits are purple reddish in colour and is commonly known as purple guava, red cattley guava, red strawberry guava and red cherry guava.
The Cherry guava seedlings will come to bear many little fruits in their second year.
The entire fruit is edible. seeds from this fruit have many health benefits, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties in addition to a high amount of vitamin C. Can also be made into juice, jams and chutney. Leaves can be used to make tea.
Outdoor planted care: Plant in full sun into the ground or into at least get it in our Terracotta Super Large Pot in well draining soil. Water thoroughly throughout the first year.
