Rosemary, an aromatic perennial herb, is used as a decorative plant in gardens where it may have pest control effects. The leaves are used to flavour various foods, such as roast meats, pork, chicken, and turkey, tea and breads. An excellent choice for any kitchen, rosemary is easy to grow and maintain. Just pinch the young new shoots to flavour dishes. Also used as a fragrance oil, burnt as incense, and used in shampoos and cleaning products.
* Growing Instructions: Planted all year round, remove seedling from the plastic cup. Place in a shallow pot fill it with rich organic soil. Or, dig a shallow hole outside in a lightly-shaded spot, allowing 25cm between plants. Pick leaves once they reach about 8cm tall.
* Pick frequently
