Start your micro-forest with a bouquet of Eucalyptus grandis × E. camaldulensis 581, Eucalyptus globulus, Eucalyptus saligna, Eucalyptus grandis, and Eucalyptus camaldulensis. Commercial eucalyptus farming is rapidly gaining popularity in Kenya due to its strong investment potential and long-term economic benefits. The species thrives in various ecological zones, from lowlands such as the Lake and Coastal regions to highland and mid-altitude areas like Nyanza, Western Kenya, and Laikipia.

This selection offers a mix of pure species and one hybrid—the 581—giving you a well-rounded introduction to eucalyptus cultivation. Eucalyptus trees are highly valued for their diverse uses, particularly in the production of transmission poles. Other applications include industrial wood fuel, bee foraging, essential oils, domestic firewood, ornamental planting, conservation, windbreaks, construction wood, and pulpwood. Additionally, eucalyptus is prized for furniture and fencing posts.

Most of these species reach full maturity in approximately eight years, with growth ranging from 40 to 55 meters tall.

For optimal growth, plant during the rainy season (March–May) with a recommended spacing of 2.5 × 2.5 meters.

Eucalyptus trees’ adaptability and rapid growth make them a profitable choice for sustainable forestry and commercial use.
